The project had the following objectives:

formation of a fruit and vegetable market at prices suitable for economically marginalized families;

Establishment of core groups for market management;

creation of workplaces especially for women through direct management of supply and sales;

Improving food balance through single-priced products;

training the population in direct participation in market management, administration and control.
